Returns a dictionary: {"has_changes": false/true} depending on if the buffer within the in-app email editor is different from the live object.

The in-app email editor uses its own separate save buffer, effectively allowing users to make changes without fully committing and saving those changes. This endpoint will let you check the state of that buffer, allowing you to see if a user is making changes to the email in-app.
