In late summer 2025, we’re rolling out exciting updates to Developer Slack, including AI-powered tools, smarter channel organization, and new ways to connect. The upcoming “Sprocky” bot will help guide conversations, surface relevant resources, and make it easier to find answers fast—while keeping the human element front and center. It’s still your real-time space for connecting with peers, sharing code, and building relationships—whether you’ve been developing on HubSpot for years or are just getting started with AI-driven solutions.

 

Developer Forums – Your Support Hub

 

The Forums remain the central space for in-depth, product-related discussions, official answers, and bug reporting. Staffed by community managers, they’re designed for detailed troubleshooting and serve as a searchable knowledge base.

 

 

Both spaces are evolving to make it easier to get help, share knowledge, and stay connected—whether you need live conversation or long-lasting answers.

Our Developer Slack is ideal for timely peer-to-peer support, where active engagement leads to more and more benefits. We encourage members to use search functionality to find answers before posting questions. Engage with other developers by assisting with inquiries and maintaining threaded conversations, and watch your reputation grow.

Developer Forums

The HubSpot Developer Forums are a key resource for developers to connect and share solutions, with a dedicated Community Manager to guide users. Posts are indexed by Google, helping future developers find answers to similar issues. Active developers in the forums also qualify for the HubSpot Champions Program, unlocking a whole new level of visibility and opportunity.
