Grow Better, Together

Mentorship turns individual experience into community momentum. Explore how the HubSpot Ecosystem Mentorship Program helps mentors and mentees learn faster, build stronger networks, and make clearer progress toward their goals.

Find Your Path

You're actively building on the platform, maybe you've built and launched an app in the marketplace, or created a custom integration with UI extensions, or you're at the forefront creating AI-powered solutions — you're not just using HubSpot, you're extending it.

What you'll do:

  • Complete the Effective Mentoring in the HubSpot Ecosystem course on HubSpot Academy to feel ready for your first meeting
  • Meet at a cadence that works for your schedule, set clear expectations, and maintain open communication
  • Guide your mentee through challenges they're facing to help them reach their goals

What you'll get:

  • Stronger leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
  • Lasting relationships with other builders that expand your network
  • Become a certified mentor and build your reputation in the ecosystem

You're building on the platform, have a sense of where you want to go, and are looking for someone to guide you along the way.

What you'll do:

  • Be proactive with reaching out to your mentor, schedule your first session within 30 days, and communicate clearly when things change
  • Set goals before or during your first session and add them to Mentorloop to stay aligned with your Mentor
  • Schedule or Log meetings in Mentorloop to track your progress and share feedback with us

What you'll get:

  • Personalized 1:1 guidance matched to your goals, skills, and experience
  • Opportunities for professional development, help navigating career transitions, and access to program events
  • Guidance from leading builders in the ecosystem

Mini-cohorts bring a focused group of mentors and mentees together around a shared topic for a structured three-month experience.

What's included:

  • A 1:1 mentor-mentee match around the cohort topic
  • Five events to guide your learning and connect with other participants, topic-experts, and product team members.
  • A shared Group Loop for discussion and connection to ask questions and share what you've learned

How it works with the other paths:

Mini-cohorts are open to existing participants (including those in self-paced loops) and new applicants.

Your 1:1 connection doesn't have to end when the mini-cohort does — pairs have the option to continue as a self-paced loop.

Why Mentor in the HubSpot Ecosystem?

Mentoring helps you become someone others trust, learn from, and turn to. In this program, you start by making a difference for one person, and that opens the door to your own growth.

You'll also have access to 1:1s with the Program Coordinator — a dedicated space to focus on your own professional development, work through technical challenges, and get guidance on your mentoring practice. Because great mentors deserve support, too.

Grow Your Influence

When you help others solve real problems and reach their goals, you become someone they trust for guidance. Certification, kudos, and community recognition help the wider ecosystem see the difference you make.

Build Leadership

Mentoring sharpens the skills that matter most: empathy, clear communication, and guiding others through technical challenges. These skills carry over to every project and team you lead, in the HubSpot ecosystem and beyond.

Expand Your Network

Build lasting relationships with builders and developers you wouldn’t otherwise meet across the ecosystem. Those connections extend beyond your mentee, into their network, their community, and opportunities you can’t anticipate yet.

Build Confidence as a Mentor

The Effective Mentoring in the HubSpot Ecosystem course on HubSpot Academy isn't about learning new skills — it's about bringing together what you know and applying it in a mentoring context.

In just over an hour, you'll build a practical framework for setting clear expectations, asking better questions, and giving feedback that helps your mentee grow. Free, self-paced, and designed to help you feel ready for your first match.
Complete it and you’ll join 50+ certified mentors in an award-winning program.

"My first thought about being a mentor was: what if I can't answer every question? During the certification, I realized mentoring isn't about having all the answers. Sometimes it's more about listening, asking the right questions, and helping someone learn how to find the answer themselves — which is often far more valuable than simply giving it."
— Estefania, Mentor

How it Works

The program runs two parallel paths — choose the one that fits your goals and schedule right now. You can participate in both, self-paced matching is always available alongside any active mini-cohort.

2026 Mini-Cohort Schedule

Three mini-cohorts run throughout 2026, each built around a specific area of the HubSpot ecosystem.

You can apply any time for upcoming Mini-Cohorts, even before the topics are announced.

What if you could bring the context already in HubSpot into the AI tools where you work?

Join Robyn Naragon, Product Manager at HubSpot, for a live, practical workshop where you’ll explore how Agent CLI connects HubSpot to third-party AI environments and lets agents work with your CRM data outside the HubSpot UI.

Working with your own HubSpot account, you’ll get hands-on with Agent CLI and explore how it can help you understand your CRM, uncover opportunities, and use HubSpot context across the AI tools and workflows you already use.

You’ll also learn where Agent CLI fits best, including repetitive, bulk, and scheduled work that can benefit from running outside of the HubSpot UI.

Leave with hands-on experience using Agent CLI and ideas for commands, agents, and workflows you can apply directly to your own use cases.

What does it look like to build agents outside of HubSpot?

Join Sam Siskind, Senior Solutions Architect at HubSpot, and Anže Koprivec, Co-Founder & Managing Director at Scopious Digital, for live demos of agents built outside of HubSpot.

Sam will walk through a headless example in Claude Cowork connected to HubSpot. It takes a campaign from brief to launch: an approved plan, landing pages, blog posts, emails, and workflows, all created in HubSpot from a single conversation.

Anže will walk through how developers can build agents externally, create custom tools, sandboxes and orchestration, and securely distribute access to teams.

Leave with a clearer picture of what’s possible, how to keep a human approval step in the loop, and ideas you can apply to your own work, products, workflows, or customer solutions.

A live community-led demo showing two different ways to build with Claude Code — with Brandon Dith-Berry, Director of Revenue Operations at Ampleo, building live with AI assistance, and Arno Van de Weyer, Revenue Operations Engineer at Juni, providing real-time guidance, guardrails, and code evaluation.

The contrast between building with AI and coding is the point: you'll see what's possible, what to watch out for, and how to get the most out of AI-assisted development regardless of where you're starting from.

Together, Brandon and Arno will explore a HubSpot-related use case using Claude Code and the Developer MCP Server, giving you a practical look at how builder instincts and developer judgment come together in real time.

A hands-on AI Hackathon-style build event co-hosted with Boris Michel, VP of Growth & Strategy at mpmX and creator of VibeSpot, where mini-cohort participants will build ideas that solve real CRM headaches.

This isn’t about solving the same problem the same way. Participants will choose their own angle, define the problem they want to explore, and use their own AI tools to put what they’ve learned into practice.

This session works best live so participants can build, ask questions, and share what they’re creating in real time.
