A More Connected, Ongoing Mentorship Experience

The HubSpot Ecosystem Mentorship Program is evolving to make mentorship more accessible, continuous, and community-driven.


Ongoing Enrollment

No more waiting for next year, you can enroll any time!

With an ongoing program model, applications will be accepted year-round, and matches can be made both inside and outside mini-cohorts—giving more people access to the right guidance at the right moment in their journey.

 

Mini-Cohort Learning

Join focused groups of mentors and mentees exploring topics like Developer MCP, UI Extensibility, or App Objects for 3-month mini-cohorts.

Participants will be paired as a Mentor or Mentee in a 1:1 Loop and a Group Loop that brings everyone in the cohort together for shared learning.

Community-Focused Events

Regularly scheduled events to connect on topics relevant to each cohort with speakers and panelists from HubSpot, Partners, and the community.

Each Mini-Cohort will include a 5-event series: Opening Event, Product Showcase, AMA, Knowledge Share, and Closing Event.

Personalized Mentorship Journeys

Ongoing mentorship means that you can either:

— Continue your mentorship after the mini-cohort to deepen connections, explore new goals, or continue learning together.

— Be matched in a self-paced 1:1 loop based on the top matches with goal/skill alignment.
