New Functionality: Get performance metrics for your workflows

New Functionality: Workflow performance metrics endpoint

What’s happening?

Today, we’re releasing a new endpoint that will allow you to pull metrics for your workflows. These metrics will show you the number of contacts that were enrolled in a workflow, the number of contacts that completed the workflow, and the number of contacts that were removed (unenrolled) from a workflow, broken down by day, week, or month. You can find more details in the documentation here.

Why is this important?

This will allow you to show performance metrics for HubSpot workflows in your application. If your integration creates workflows, or works with workflows using webhook steps, you can gets the performance metrics of those workflows, either to display those metrics in your application, or to help gauge the performance of the workflows created through your integration.

When is this happening?

This endpoint is available now. The endpoint requires the automation scope, so if your integration is already working with workflows you’d be able to start using this endpoint without needing your users to re-authorize your integration.
