Updated webhook configuration settings UI

What's Happening?

Today, we're releasing a UI update to help you view and update your webhook settings more easily.

What's Changing?

The settings are now displayed at the top of the webhook subscriptions page. The UI will also show more helpful validation errors to help you debug invalid settings. Here's the old view:

When is this Happening?

This update is currently live! You can check it out by logging into your Developer Account.
