What is it?

Now in Developer Preview is a video conference extension API that you can use to build "one click" integrations that will add all your video conferencing information to the meeting widget in the HubSpot CRM.

Why does it matter?

With all the back and forth needed when setting up a meeting, we want to make it as simple as possible to get that meeting invite into your prospects or customer's hands. When your meeting system is not integrated, you have to jump around different windows to get that meeting information. Now with one click, you can seamlessly add all your video conferencing information into your HubSpot meeting invite.

How does it work?

Check out this API documentation to learn all about how to use the video conference API to set up your integration.

Once integrated with your video conferencing application, go to create a meeting on a HubSpot contact record, where you'll see a video conferencing icon. This icon will allow you to add in your video conferencing details with one click, all without leaving HubSpot.
